The project presupposes a phase-by-phase construction process for a two-phase complex. SOLO company showroom is the first phase of an ambitious project for an 18-storey business centre. The compositional solution of the façade involves laconic combination of large glass and blind planes. On the first floor level the showroom is located, the façade of which features a cantilever projecting curtain wall with a negative slope around the building's perimeter.
The interior solution was custom-made and based on the principles of using open showroom spaces, extending the free architectural composition of the façade. Visitors enter to see a white cantilever triple-flight stair, which looks like an airplane wing in section. Going up the stairs on the first floor, the visitors enter a spacious open-plan area, which creates an impression of transfusion of the internal and external spaces. The effect is further intensified by an extensive green public park located across the street.
Two negotiation rooms are diagonally located in the centre of the open space. The public space includes a bar counter and a private negotiating zone, which makes clients feel like welcome VIP-guests. All the working zones are an active part of the showroom exposition and are separated only by low modern mobile cubicle systems.
The design of all the premises was developed with great care, detail and precision. Special attention was paid to new modern technological materials and systems, as well as to the impressiveness of material and texture combinations.
